I cooked a Turkey for Superbowl. We bought one around Thanksgiving so that after the holidays I could cook it and we would have lots of leftovers. I can't cook a turkey and not have some one over to share it, so we arranged to have Ted's best friend Jim and his wife Lynnette over. It was only after everything was arranged, that I realized it was also superbowl sunday. Oh well. We also invited Don and Pam over, and had a fabulous time. The turkey turned out great. The meat was juicy and falling off of the bones. I have turkey in the freezer, the bones are on the stove simmering for soup.

In other news, I have an interview tomorrow at US Bank, and I also just signed up on my space. Too many people are there, so I am now also.

That's all for now!
